SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your order will be picked for packing as soon as its received. Depending on the time of day its received, it may not ship until the next business day.
Your package may be shipped with either UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
We cannot ship to a PO Box
Online purchases may be returned for a full refund within 30 days.*
Please contact the shop directly to arrange for your return. We accept shipped returns as well as in-store returns. Shipped returns must be postmarked within the 30 day timeframe. We do not accept returned merchandise after 30 days.
For In-Store Purchases: Returns on gear and equipment must be made within 2 weeks with a receipt.* Returns on bicycles need to be made made within 5 days of purchase.*
*All products must be in new condition
In-store pickup is the fastest and easiest way to make sure you get your order when you need it.
Orders placed online will be picked and held on our Special Order shelf. You will receive a notice that your order is ready to be picked up. Please call ahead if you're planning to pick up before you receive your notice.
**ALL IN-STORE PICKUP ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 7 DAYS. AFTER 7 DAYS THE ITEM(S) WILL BE RE-STOCKED UNLESS PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED**
We Accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover through our online site. Credit Cards and cash accepted in-store. We do not accept personal or traveller's checks.
If you believe that your purchase may have a warranty defect, please contact the shop to open a warranty claim.
All warranty claims and are made through the manufacturer. Any determination or settlement will be made by the manufacturer and managed for you through Paradise Garage. All warranty terms and durations are specific to each product and manufacturer.
BOOKING SERVICE ONLINE
Please plan to bring in your bike for its appointment check-in either
A) A day prior to your appointment date -or-
B) at least prior to 1pm on the day that your appointment is scheduled.
This way we can guarantee that your bike service is completed by 6pm on the day it's due.* *If any parts need to be ordered you will be notified of a new completion date.
You will receive a notification when your bike service is complete. If you plan to come in before receiving that notification please call ahead to get an estimated completion time in order to avoid any disappointment.
We offer our bike rentals through an online scheduler on our website. This gives you complete control over your rental times, options and communication. You may book ahead through our online rental site or stop in the shop to see what's available to rent immediately.
