Paradise Garage is incredibly passionate about both people and bicycles.   We are growing our team and looking for energetic sales staff and talented bicycle mechanics for part time and full time positions.  Our team provides an exceptional bicycle retail experience to each and every person who visits us for their cycling needs - from outfitting a multi-day dream adventure to maintaining a well-loved daily commuter.

Available Positions

LEAD BICYCLE MECHANIC  Full-Time including at least 1 weekend day. 

The Lead Mechanic is responsible for independently completing scheduled work orders in a busy service department.  This position may also include some service writing for bikes that are being checked-in for service as well as some on-the-spot walk-in repairs.  The lead mechanic may also have some supervisory role in mentoring newer service techs.


-Training and experience as a professional bicycle mechanic

-Experience and high level of proficiency in working on a variety of current and vintage road, gravel, mountain and hybrid bikes

-Specific skills preferred include wheel-building, suspension service, brake bleeds, tubeless setup, and ability to completely overhaul and rebuild a bike

-Experience building customer relationships

-Honest, personable, self-driven


SALES TEAM LEADERS  Full-Time & Part-Time -at least 1 weekend day

We're looking for someone who loves meeting new people and enjoys helping others meet their goals.  This in an active, engaging people-centered position.  As a part of our team, you will work with customers who depend on you to have the knowledge and experience to help them make the best decision to meet their cycling goals.  

Experience and interest in bicycle retail is desired, but a drive to make strong customer relationships and continually learn about products is required.   



As a Service Writer you will help customers identify and plan for the service needed on their bike.  You will be a first point of contact for service customers, which will require the following skills:

     - Listen to their needs 

     - Complete a professional evaluation of the bicycle repair needs while talking with customer

     - Use our system to create a plan for service

     - Schedule the service and communicate expectations with customer

     - Write precise and complete notes to enable mechanic to provide exact services

     - Maintain and demonstrate a high level of knowledge of bicycle mechanics, repair options, best practices and part replacement options

     This position will not be completing repairs, but rather identifying, writing and serving as a source of bike industry knowledge.  It is often fun and rewarding to work with our awesome customers.  It is also fast-paced and requires an ability to maintain organization.



Bicycle Service Technicians will have experience building bikes and doing basic repairs.  The position will include building new bikes out of the box as well as completing basic tuneups, flat repairs, installing new accessories.  Knowledge of bicycle mechanics and current industry parts and products is required.
