PG Gravel Monthly Ride

These self-supported rides will get you out to ride with some cool people and have some fun on Ohio's many unpaved routes. This event will be updated to reflect the upcoming ride. Coffee Ride
When: Coming back in 2024!
Where: Wolfe Park -> Three Creeks
Coming back for another year, we are bringing you our casual coffee ride! Bring your coffee-making apparatus, a way to boil water, and enjoy a morning of coffee and camaraderie with some chill cyclists. Sam will lead this ride, and make some coffee for those that do not have their own mobile coffee setup. We will be riding from Wolfe Park to three creeks, making coffee there, and then ride back. See you there!

Holiday Hop feat. FLUTASIA! Flute Choir, Studio 260, and MORE!!!
Date/Time: December 2, 2023 (What a great time!!)
Location: Short North, Columbus, OH
The December edition of the Short North Gallery Hop: HOLIDAY HOP is going to be a bigger event than ever this year! High Street will be pedestrian traffic only, 150+ vendors will be on the street market-style. Paradise Garage will be featuring live holiday music from FLUTASIA: central Ohio's premier flute choir, pottery from Studio 260, a Candy Cane Bike obstacle course, prizes, and vendors! Come out and get all of your holiday shopping done in the Short North!
Ride with PRIDE!

Join Paradise Garage and DearPOC Ride for our 2023 Ride w Pride. We will roll out from the parking lot at Gemut for a slow 8-10mile route in Central Columbus. Dress yourself and your bike to show your pride -we will have prizes for bike and personal attire categories! The ride is FREE but donations will be accepted at check-in for Kaleidoscope Youth Center. At the end of the ride, brunch will be available to order at Gemut.
LGS GoldSprints

Location: Paradise Garage
ALL ARE WELCOME! Come hang out with the Lady Gnar Shredders at Paradise Garage for one of the most fun events of the year: Gold Sprints! Come out to ride for fun, hang out, and support the Legendary LGS Team, our local women's race team. Doors open at 6:30, racing starts at 7. Enjoy the music and a baked good sale! $5 for one race, $20 to enter the bracket. Category winners receive a $100 Paradise Garage gift card!
Gravel Session No.2

Location: Seventh Son Brewing
Join us on March 5th at Seventh Son Brewing for Gravel Session No.2 with Eleanor Moseman and Shane "Coop" Cooper. Door's open at 5:30pm, Program starts at 6:30pm. Grab a drink from the bar, a bite to eat from the food truck, and check out local vendors before we get rolling!
Event is FREE, but spots are limited. RSVP below!

The Lady Gnar Shredders are launching Paradise Garage's Event Calendar for this year with a fundraiser in the form of head-to-head fixed races
April - Gold Sprints

Our Second Gold Sprints event of the Year, this will raise money for the local NICA Team, The Space Otters.
May - Coffee Outside
Date/Time: May 15th at 9:00 AM (DONE!)
Location: Wolfe Park (Start Point!)
Join us on a relaxed ride to Three Creeks, where we will enjoy coffee, baked goods, and good company. Coffee will be made by Samuel.
June - Ride with PRIDE! (Success!)

Here comes a fan favorite: The Paradise Garage Ride with Pride! This year we are pulling all the stops and bringing you an event worthy of Pride Month. Tickets for the event are a suggested $15 donation. All donations are going directly to the Kaleidoscope Youth Center of Columbus. Paradise Garage will be matching donations up to $500.
July - Summer Commuter Challenge
This ongoing challenge is to promote replacing a car commute with a bike or bus trip. Use #bikebuschallenge on Instagram for a chance to win prizes from Paradise Garage.
August - Ongoing Commuter Challenge
Sept. - Packing Clinic
Date/Time: September 29, 6:30 PM (DONE!)
Location: Paradise Garage
This clinic is set up to introduce riders to the joys and techniques of bikepacking. We will be going over standard equipment, as well as the route and preparations for our upcoming Oct 8th trip.
Oct - Bikepacking
Saturday Oct 8th - Sunday Oct 9th (DONE!)
Location: Paradise Garage > Rustic Knolls
We will be meeting at Paradise Garage to ride the OTET North to a campground near Mt Vernon, and then back the next day. Riders will be carry their own camping gear and food.
Nov - Brewery Ride
Date/Time: Sunday, November 13th (DONE!)
Location: Nelsonville -> Athens Breweries
We will be riding 25 roundtrip miles on the bike path. Stopping for lunch/beverages at Eclipse and on to Little Fish, + 1 more brewery tbd. Meeting in Nelsonville - at the Hocking College lot by the bike path.
